This group activity is specifically for those who can manage gentle exercise and at least once a month like to do this with company. The walk is always local and/or within an easy bus journey and with few hills! The walk lasts about an hour unless we stop to admire the view or sit down and always is followed by a coffee and sometimes lunch. Although I convene the group, where we walk is decided by the group as is the venue for coffee!
